FAQ

Install and setup

I installed the theme but cannot find it.

Open Content > Design Manager and look for the folder flexoraa-lite. If it is missing, install again from the Marketplace and make sure you picked the right portal. You need permission to edit themes in that portal.

Where do I change colors and fonts?

In the theme settings, not in the modules. See Theme settings. Change a color once and every module follows.

Can I change the theme's code?

You can, but your edits would be overwritten by an update. Use the theme settings and module settings instead. If you need custom CSS, put it in your own stylesheet in Design Manager, outside the flexoraa-lite folder.

Pages and modules

A setting does nothing.

Many settings only apply when a related switch is on. Card options need Card effect on. A title style needs Show title on. Look for the switch just above the setting. See Modules.

My slider has no arrows or dots.

They only appear when there are more items than columns. With 3 columns and 3 items, everything fits and nothing slides. Add an item, or lower the number of columns for that screen size.

Text is lighter than I expected.

Body text uses the Body font color from Typography. Darken it there.

How do I make a button scroll to another section?

Give the section a name in Drag to section name, for example pricing_table. On the button, set Type to Drag to section and enter the same name.

How do I change a button's look?

Pick another Style on the button. To change how a style looks everywhere, edit it in Theme settings > Buttons.

A card has no padding, or the image touches the text.

That happens when Card effect is off. Turn it on for card padding, or use Spacing below image in the image settings.

Can I use an icon from my own files?

Yes. Icons offer two sources: the HubSpot icon library or Upload icon.

The Form module shows 'No form selected'.

Open the module's Content tab and choose a HubSpot form. Create forms in HubSpot under Marketing > Lead Capture > Forms.

Blog

There are no comments under my posts.

Comments must be turned on for the blog, in Settings > Website > Blog > Comments. See Blog.

Where do I change the look of the blog post page?

Open a post in the editor and click the post section. The Blog layout - Classic module holds the settings. See Blog.

The author or tag header does not show on the blog list.

They show only on author and tag pages on the live site. In the editor you see a sample. See Blog.

The menu on mobile opens too early or too late.

Change Mobile menu breakpoint in Theme settings > Website header.

My 404 or search page does not look like the theme.

Choose the Flexoraa templates for the system pages in your site settings. See System pages.

Free and paid

What is missing compared with the paid theme?

Animation, the mega menu, landing pages, extra modules and extra blog layouts. See Free vs paid.

Can I move to the paid theme later?

Yes. The two themes share one design system, so after you enter the same colors and fonts in the paid theme's settings, pages look alike. Pages are not converted for you: you create pages from the paid templates and move your content across. Theme settings belong to each theme, so enter them again.

Still stuck?

Email support@flexoraatheme.com with the page address, what you expected and a screenshot of the module's settings.
