Install and activate

This takes about five minutes.

Before you start

You need a HubSpot account with Content Hub (CMS Hub) and permission to edit website pages and themes. If you are not sure, ask your HubSpot admin.

1. Get the theme

  1. Open the Flexoraa Lite listing on the HubSpot Marketplace.
  2. Click Install (or Get) and choose your portal.
  3. Wait for the confirmation. The theme is copied into your portal's Design Manager.

2. Check it is there

  1. In HubSpot, open Content > Design Manager.
  2. Look for the folder flexoraa-lite. Inside it you should see templates, modules, sections and css.
  3. In the HubSpot menu for themes (it sits next to Design Manager), the theme appears as Flexoraa Lite.

Tip

Do not edit files inside the flexoraa-lite folder. Change colors, fonts and spacing in the theme settings instead. Your changes then survive theme updates. See Theme settings.

3. Set your brand

Open the theme settings and set the four colors and two fonts. This is the most useful five minutes you will spend, because every module reads from them. Follow Theme settings.

4. Make it the theme for your pages

You pick the theme per page, when you create it. There is nothing to switch on globally. Continue with Build your first page.

Update the theme later

When a new version is published, HubSpot shows an update notice for the installed theme. Read the Changelog first. Your page content and theme settings are kept.

Remove the theme

Pages built with the theme keep working as long as the theme stays in your portal. Delete the flexoraa-lite folder only if no page uses it.
